1.Fixed the wrong description of Archer's skill 'Bow Mastery'.
2. In the case of Wizard's skill 'cold beam', the cold attribute is invalid and cannot be halted. However, other monsters can be frozen.
3. Some skills have been modified to take certain actions when the skill is activated.
