MapleStory client version 1.2.29 has been released.

In this patch, the following items have been modified and added.

<Game-related> 1. The standards for physical defense have changed. You must have a basic armor that matches your level, and if your armor is lower or higher than the basic armor, the difference in damage will increase.

  1. The effect of the booster skill is applied when wearing a new guitar.
    The attack speed of weapons that could have been problematic has also been improved.

  2. Others

  • Pet food merchants have started selling ‘Pet Guide: Mini Yeti’.
  • An effect appears when a pet skill is upgraded.
  • You can now collect up to 1,000 monster cards in one space in your inventory.

Shortcut keys for quest notifications have been added. You can now press L to expand and close the quest notification window. You can use this shortcut key by setting it wherever you want in the key settings.

  • An issue where the name badge ring effect would disappear when entering the cash shop while wearing a name badge ring and wearing another item has been fixed.
  • An issue where the pet would repeatedly disappear and reappear when you click Reset while taking out the pet has been fixed.
  1. The issue of sleeves disappearing when attacking while wearing a maid uniform has been corrected.
  2. The descriptions of pets released so far have been changed.
